Executive Director
Dr. Patrick McClellan is a retired Sergeant Major of the United States Marine Corps. He has completed eight deployments, four of them being combat. He served as the Detachment Commander for U.S. Embassies Lisbon, Portugal and Caracas, Venezuela. He also worked in military recruiting.
Dr. Patrick holds a Doctorate in Social Work from The University of Southern California. He also holds an Executive Leadership Certificate in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
Dr. Patrick is passionate about using data to help transform lives and communities by addressing The Social Determinants of Health in ways that eliminate silos and bring real-world solutions to clients. Dr. Patrick is also a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist with a desire to work alongside veterans in preventing and treating military-related mental health or substance use conditions.
